Thank you to everyone who came out to support Seattle7Writers and the Bainbridge Schools Foundation last Saturday at our amazing Summer Bookfest. Lots of books were sold, many cookies eaten, and a good time (I hope) was had by all (at least I had a good time!). Here are some pictures from the event:

Tickets are also still available for another Seattle7Writers event--Chew on This, a brunch featuring Charles Johnson in conversation with Garth Stein, writers at every table, mimosas, and delicious food. The event is June 24th, at the Mt Baker Community Club in Seattle, and proceeds go to help Seattle7Writers Youth Literacy Programming. It's all for a great cause, so if you're interested, or know someone who would love to spend the day with Seattle writers, check it out!
