I was lucky enough to get an advanced copy of Elizabeth Blackwell's latest historical novel, In the Shadow of Lakecrest, and now I am giving a copy away to some lucky reader. Set in the 1920s, and reminiscent of Rebecca, the story has a heroine who isn't what she seems, a gothic mansion, labyrinths, secrets and strange events.
